1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when using the Platform. qu999 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, automated scripts, and other non-human actors are not eligible to hold a qu999 account or participate in the Platform in any capacity.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or mobile number — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of a qu999 employee in any of the above categories. Such individuals are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

2. Account Registration

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts — whether created to circumvent a self-exclusion, bonus restriction, or any other limitation — will be permanently closed and associated balances forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. qu999 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify qu999 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. qu999 support is available 24/7 via live chat.
• qu999 may, at its discretion, require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time. Required documents may include a national identification card, passport, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal suspension until documentation is provided.
• You must keep your account information current and accurate. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update your account details immediately by contacting support, as the mobile number is used for payment processing and account recovery.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount will be communicated to you within your account dashboard and may be updated periodically. qu999 does not impose a deposit fee; however, your mobile financial service provider may charge standard transaction fees.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a different person than the registered qu999 account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and investigation.
• qu999 processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawal processing times are typically 30 minutes to 2 hours under normal operating conditions. qu999 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's mobile financial service provider, network outages, or national bank processing windows.
• qu999 reserves the right to request documentary proof that the payment account used for deposits belongs to the registered account holder before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not grounds for complaint.
• Funds deposited to qu999 may not be transferred to another player's account. Your qu999 balance is non-transferable and may only be used for gameplay on the Platform or withdrawn to your own registered payment method.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly permit multiple claims. qu999 uses technical and manual review processes to identify bonus abuse.
• qu999 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn before you have claimed it, no compensation is owed. If a bonus is awarded in error, qu999 reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim the mistakenly awarded amount.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirements have been completed in full. Any attempt to withdraw bonus-locked funds before completing the rollover will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• qu999 does not offer bonuses to players who are enrolled in a self-exclusion programme or who have indicated that they are experiencing gambling-related harm. If you have activated responsible gaming restrictions on your account, bonus eligibility may be limited or suspended.

• All game outcomes on the qu999 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for slots and table games, and by live game outcomes for live dealer products. qu999 does not manipulate game outcomes. RNG certification is maintained by independent testing laboratories.
• In the event of a technical failure — including server disconnection, game crash, or network interruption — during an active betting round, qu999 will apply its standard void-and-refund policy: the bet is voided and the wagered amount is returned to your account balance. qu999's decision on the application of this policy is final.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, and kabaddi — are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the point of placing a bet. For live in-play markets, odds are updated in real time and the odds accepted at the moment a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager. qu999 is not liable for late bets placed after a market has settled.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, game glitches, bonus miscalculations, or pricing anomalies for financial gain is strictly prohibited. qu999 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings arising from such exploitation and to close the accounts of players who engage in this behaviour, with or without prior warning.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time by contacting qu999 support via live chat. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time-outs: You may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Time-outs cannot be reversed once activated. Bonus eligibility is suspended during a time-out period.
• Self-exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from the qu999 platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once self-exclusion is active, qu999 will not accept deposits or bets from the excluded account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Players who self-exclude will not receive any promotional communications.
• qu999 is a 21+ platform. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited pending investigation. qu999 may cooperate with authorities where underage gambling is identified.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to providing false registration information, holding duplicate accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, colluding with other players, using automated betting software, or attempting to exploit game vulnerabilities.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal activity involving the qu999 platform. qu999 is obligated to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities and may freeze account balances pending the outcome of any such investigation.
• Upon account closure by qu999 for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Upon account closure at your own request (not for disciplinary reasons), any remaining balance after pending wagering requirements are resolved will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.
